Palmetto Nutrition is locally owned and operated (by a veteran of the U.S. Army) to help the community as a whole. It is ran by professionals who retain credentials for fitness nutrition, strength Rx, Nutrition & Supplemtation Rx, Aerobic Rx, Personal Training, Exercise Therapy, and Neruo-muscular Therapy.

We assist the local personal trainer, bodybuilding and health care, because under SC Code 40-20, Nutrition Rx does not fit within their Scope of Practice. Andy Dence is a Sports Scientist who takes the time with every customer and analyzes Resting Metabolic Rates, Physical Activity Levels, Nutritional NEEDS Assessments and Therapeutic requirements.

We have a desire to help anyone who has no clue on how to exercise to those who cant surpass their plateaus, to those who need to reverse the pathology of Metabolic diseases, Arthritis, Osteoporosis or Heart associated diseases.
